Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.  3 days a week onsite
Duration 3 months (will extend long term)
Work Authorization: H1B, H4EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC
 
Must be local to Charlotte as there will be a in person Interview
 
ServiceNow HRSD Consultant
Our client is a large Financial Services company with office in Charlotte NC.
 
They are in the process of implementing ServiceNow for their HRIS (Workday) Ticketing.
 
They are looking for a ServiceNow resource certified in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module with previous experience in HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent, manager hub, and lifecycle events (like onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc.).  
 
Previous experience with Employee Center Pro (ECP) and integrating divisional portals to support an enterprise intranet would be preferred.
 
The Client is seeking a senior resource who can work independently and drive their own work.  Someone who is a self-starter who can take meetings on his own with internal stakeholders.  
Should also have some previous experience building and maintaining integrations with Workday’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Module.
 
Must have skills
  1. 10+ years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow
  2. 3+ yrs experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and certified in the same
  3. Employee Center Pro experience in ServiceNow (and ideally integrating with Workday as an HCM).
  4. Must be willing and able to work hands on with configuration, testing etc
  5. Must be able to work with accuracy and focus on quality not just speed,
 
Additional requirements:
  • Experience in HR case management, knowledge management, virtual agent, manager hub, and lifecycle events (like onboarding, job changes, offboarding, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and drive their own work
  • Experience running internal client stakeholder meetings by themselves to gather requirements and create functional & technical specs
