9+ years of SAP Services and Warranty Management Functional experience

At least 1 full life cycle implementation of S/4 Hana

Must be able articulate the capabilities of SAP Service in S/4 Hana and some basic Fiori applications in this functional space. Should also be able to explain the differences in capabilities between S/4 and ECC in the Service area.

Able to advise on best practices for Service in S/4 Hana

Technical Objects (Functional Location, Equipment, Installed Base, Serial Number)

Service Processing (Service Notification / Request, Service Order)

Service Agreements (Contracts, Warranties, Warranty Claim)

Integration of Service Processes with OTC

Integration of Service Order with Production

Service & Warranty Reporting

Experience coordinating and running client workshops and creating functional designs for S/4

Able and willing to do hands on configuration and testing

Experience managing offshore resources

Must have experience working for consulting firm(s) on their end client projects, preferably Big 4 Consulting
