Calypso Production Support / Developer

Role: Calypso Production Support / Developer – Capital Markets

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Work Authorization: H1B, GC EAD, GC, USC

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on capital markets and production support
• Proficiency in Calypso (preferably version 14+), Java, SQL, and Unix
• Strong understanding of Calypso architecture, including engines, servers, build, and deployment processes
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets domain, including Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) functions
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle and prerequisites for Rates, Commodity, FX, Credit, or Equity asset classes
• Experience with production release tracking and scheduled task/engine/server monitoring
• Excellent analytical skills for log analysis, troubleshooting exceptions, failures, and errors
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and document solutions for the knowledge base

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide production support for Calypso applications in a capital markets environment
• Monitor scheduled tasks, engines, and servers to ensure optimal performance
• Track and manage production releases, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime
• Analyze logs to identify and resolve exceptions, failures, and errors
• Maintain and update documentation to support ongoing production operations
